Note: 17-02-1833, 9 months after Harmen Wopereis died Johanna Broekmans has 'notaris Weijn' visiting the Lindeboom to document the rights of her and her 3 young children in the presence of there gardian Hendrik Harbers. An invetory is made of all the couples possesions. I, Johanna Broekmans without profession, widow of Hermanus Wopereis residing in Zieuwert, Lichtenvoorde, chosen domicile in my home in Zieuwert No. 28 formentioned, declare; That Hermanus Wopereis died on 20th march 1832 in Zieuwert, Lichtenvoorde and last lived there. That he had named upon his death his three minor children being:
Johannes Hendrikus Wopereis, Hermanus Hendrikus Wopereis and Johanna Wopereis, all without profession and living with me in Zieuwert in formentioned domencile.
That he leaves his children tjhe following:
1. A house No. 28 with barn.
2. The land behind and nect to the house, about 2,5 bunder bordering on the moors to the west and surrounding lans belonging to Lord J.J. van Raesfeldt.
3. De Woopreisenmaate, some land used for hay, next to the land owned by H. Wopereis and on the other side to the land of H. Reinders, about 42 roeden, al mentioned property is in Zieuwert.
